Ingredients
2 large hot pili pili (peppers)(Blended)
3 Large tomatoes Blended)
1 Large diced onion (Red onion preferred)
2 crashed Clove of garlic
1 tbsp. of crashed ginger
2 tbsp. cooking oil.1 lemon (optional)
Thinly Chopped Dania ¼ cup (optional)
Salt & Pepper.
Method
Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Heat pan on a medium heat, add oil, diced onions, crashed garlic and crashed ginger. Stir until tender.
Mix blended tomatoes and blended peppers together in a separate bowl, add them to the pan and stir.
Add lemon juice, dania and salt & pepper.
Serve.
