Ingredients
5 chicken drumsticks
2 Tbsp butter/ margarine
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp pepper
1/2 Teaspoon chili powder
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder / minced garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Onions powder / diced onions
1/2 Teaspoon cumin
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F or 177°C. Cover a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
2. Put the drumsticks on a plate or a mixing bowl and apply butter or margarine on them.
3. Apply all the seasonings on the drumsticks.
4. Arrange the drumsticks on the baking sheet and put them in the oven.
5. Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
6. Serve.

92. Meat Balls
Ingredients
500g Ground beef
5 Cloves of garlic (Minced)
4 Tbsp tomatoes paste
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil)
1/2 CupDhania

91. Creamy chicken with spinach
Ingredients
1lb Chicken (cubed)
1 medium red onion ( diced)
1 garlic (diced)
1/2 cup parmesan Cheese
1 cup whipped cream
2 tbsp wheat flour
2 tbsp Coconut oil
2 tbsp butter/ margarine
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Method
1. Heat coconut oil on a medium heat, add chicken cubes, salt and pepper. Cook until done and set aside.
2. Remove chicken from the pan, add butter, onions and garlic. Stir and cook until tender.
3. Add wheat flour(you can add more if you want a thicker sauce), Parmesan cheese(optional), whipped cream and whisk until smooth.
4. Add cooked chicken, spinach and cook for ten minutes minutes.
Serve.
