94. Garbanzo Beans Curry

Ingredients 1lb Garbanzo Beans 1/2 Onions(diced small) 2 Garlic cloves (diced small) 1 tbsp ginger (diced small) 3 Tomatoes (Blended) 1 tbsp Cooking oil Water (enough to cover garbanzo beans) 1 tsp Salt 1tsp Curry Powder Method 1. Wash garbanzo beans in a large bowl and put them in a large pot. Cover them with enough water, and season with salt. 2. Boil Garbanzo beans until well done, turn off the heat and set aside. 3. Heat the pan on a medium heat, add cooking oil and the chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. 4. Sauté the mixture until tender. Add the blended tomatoes, stir and cook for 5-10 minutes. 5. Add the boiled garbanzo beans stir well and simmer for 5-10 minutes. 6. Serve Bon Appetit!!!
